The safety of our staff, our clients’ personnel, visitors and the public comes first on every MACC site. We are committed to preventing accidents and injuries in construction and operation.
Our safety principles
- Every injury and occupational illness can be prevented.
- Every staff member, supervisor and manager is responsible for the accident-prevention plan and is assessed on it.
- Everyone follows safe work methods, for themselves, their colleagues and the public.
- Training is essential to a safe workplace.
- Safety performance is reviewed continuously.
- Injuries, unsafe practices, incidents and near misses are investigated.
No job is worth doing if it cannot be done safely.
