Sheikh Hamad Residential City Pump Station Package ( 11 )

One of the main aims of the project is to develop a long-term sustain­able service for sewage disposal for Hamad city by construction of Hamad wastewater pumping station force main. The work includes the following listed work (supply, install, test and commissioning)

1-Civil and structural works in the pumping station, i.e. Layout, dimen­sions, characteristics, etc. The structural works have covered all build­ings and facilities in the pumping station including the inlet manhole, bar screen, wet well, supports for the pressure main, service building, generator room and associated works, fuel tanks, etc.

2- Mechanical works in the pumping station, i.e. pumps types, number, size and arrangements, characteristics and components of the me­chanical parts in the wet well and bar screen chamber, generator and moving parts for maintenance

3- Electrical and mechanical works in the pumping station, i.e. electri­cal system, generation, supply, distribution, control, lighting, and moving parts such as crane girder

4- Requirements that are related to the installed instrumentations and systems, e.g. flow meters, firefighting system

5-Pressure Line
