Short Term Low Volume( STLV) Desalination Plant – Deir Al Balah -RO 6000 M3 -DAY

The desalination plant is designed to produce 6,000 m3/day capacity and is intended to serve about 75.000 people in two target areas; “Tal Sultan” in the Rafah governorate and “Al-Amal” in the Knanyounis governorate. The 6,000 m3 of desalinated water will be transferred to two storage tanks located in the two target areas where treated water will .be blended with approximately equal quantity of municipal water Mediterranean Sea will be used as water source. The sub systems of the plant are; Beach well transfer, Multimedia filters, Reverse Osmosis, Clean in Place, Re-mineralization, and neutralization.
